By default in opencart there is only way to contact store owner it is either if you as admin will provide email address for contacting, or user must use contact us form. But lets agree teh fact that mostly users wants to contact with a store owner only if they have questions related to the items on sale they want to purchase.

So why not to allow your customers quickly contact you (store owner and ask about a product)? without searching where to click in order to reach you.

This module will allow you as admin to place A contact form on your product page. Where user can fill his data/ questions and instantly with a single button to email you.

And that is not a simple contact form. You as admin can define what fields this form must contain, You have a full form generator under admin where you can create the fields you need to use in your product contact form.

You can set a mandatory fields or not mandatory ones.

Also you can even select which fields must be visible by one or another customer groups, what allows you to create different forms for different type of users. You can create unlimited select boxes with predefined values, you can create radio buttons, check boxes, date inputs and text. to make the form exactly you need.
